Do I have to book in advance?
No, you can also just drop by. If you have your own skates, booking online is still worth it: you skip the queue at the ticket desk and just show your booking confirmation.
How long can I skate?
90 minutes in fixed time slots. Check the start and end times in the booking calendar so you can make the most of your time.
What does it cost?
You’ll find all ticket prices under Prices & conditions.
Can I pay in cash?
No, only card payment is possible on site.
Which skate sizes are available?
We rent skates in sizes 25 to 50 (EU). They fit true to size – just take your usual shoe size.
Can I reserve skates?
No, skates can only be rented on site, subject to availability – so you can swap sizes if needed.
What do I need to leave as a deposit?
For example your health insurance card or driving licence. ID cards cannot be accepted.
Is the rink open in all weather?
Opening depends on the weather. Whether we are open today is always shown in the info bar at the bottom of the page.
